    Yin yoga is an easy going, relaxing yoga style and by time you can make it more challenging for yourself. We focus on the deeper levels of the body; joints, ligaments, fascia and bones to make them stronger and more flexible even. Yin yoga removes the blockages deep in our connective tissues allowing all of your energy to flow unhindered.

    Most forms of yoga today are dynamic, active practices designed to work only half of our body, the muscular half, the “yang” tissues. Yin Yoga allows us to work the other half, the deeper “yin” parts.

    Mentally Yin Yoga can be challenging at times because we stay in one pose for a few minutes focusing on the stillness of the body, stillness of the breath and stillness of the mind.

    We also offer specialized prenatal yoga and private sessions for a more personalized experience, ensuring there's a perfect yoga path for everyone.

    Prenatal Yoga

    Pre-natal yoga is a tool for maintaining a toned body and a clear, relaxed mind during your pregnancy and create the perfect environment for your baby to develop and grow.

    The different postures help ease tightness and tensions in the muscles while the breathing techniques work on a deeper energetic and mental level to release fears, anxiety and to calm and clear the mind.

    A regular Pre-natal Yoga is very useful to prevent common pregnancy alignments such as backache, sciatica, insomnia, swollen hands and ankles and can help with heartburn, varicose veins, and headaches. On the prenatal yoga classes there is always a little bit of birth prep included.

    Feminine Flow yoga focuses on the feminine beauty and power with flows that follow the breath like a dance. By yogic, flowing, feminine movements we connect with the creative, beautiful and powerful feminine side.

    We get to be so masculine at times with all the modern life standards that we often enjoy and want, but there is space for us to surrender to feeling free in our bodies.

    At the Feminine Flow classes we focus a lot on the core area, feminine energy centers, pelvic floor muscles and whole body breathing exercises. It is time to get out of our heads and into our bodies!

    This class is absolutely for all shapes and sizes, for beginners and experiences yogis. This is for anyone who wants to celebrate their femininity!
